Waking Up

Is there Life with out the mind? Can we change, or can we control our own mind..kick the systems out? There are a group of us that are exploring this with the Desteni forum. What we have to see first is that everything horrible that is going on in this world we are responsible for... Now this might seem strange since I said that our thinking was pre ordained. Then how can we be responsible?..We are learning that the "mind" is a system..but we are not. We are learning that the mind creates holograms of our life of our body, our parents, sex...all programed systems...The thing is...who we are is not the mind..but we think we are it. We have been asleep....and our very own attachment to this mind perpetuate all the atrocity's here. So our very own thinking is causing greed, power mongers, rape, murder, slavery to governments. We are learning to watch our own minds. And give each other support in this waking up process. To stand out of your mind and watch it is an amazing and scary thing!....
We are using tools for help with this process and they are self forgiveness, living as the breath here in the moment, living as one and equal and writing yourself to freedom. Desteni I Process
